Hello, I’m Floriane

I am an Operations Manager in our production site in Bailleul (59)

I chose the world of operations because I like being close to the manufacture of our products.

In the factory and its many facets bring me a lot on a human level.

My journey so far

I’m so proud!

As the Department Manager, I help develop and implement the strategy: in this context, I was able to participate in obtaining an organic certification for our production site. It got me closer to our social and environmental goals (recyclability, environmental impact, carbon neutrality, etc.).

As a Manager, people are at the heart of my job. I have to guarantee the quality of working life for my team and employees with whom we are in contact.

To do so, we plan group moments through team rituals and closeness in the field.

I helped set up a partnership to reduce food waste on a local scale. This project allowed us to reduce our environmental impact and to get closer to our consumers.

Being an actor of your professional mobility

Throughout my career at Danone, I have been in contact with different working sites and professions, and this adventure made me more adaptable. We share the same DNA, but each site is unique, which makes us grow.
