We have an opening for a Processing Supervisor, Night Shift based in Minster, OH! The primary responsibilities of a Processing Supervisor are to effectively lead and supervise the employees on your crew and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs are met for SQCDMN (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Mobilization, and Nature).
Other responsibilities require the ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs , stamina and endurance (e.g., walking, standing for long hours), and the availability to work 12-hour shifts. The Processing Supervisor reports to the Processing Cell Owner.
12 hour rotating shifts: 5:43 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. and be able to cover additional shifts as business requires.
Specific Job Duties & Tasks:
Education:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering, Food Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience or a minimum of 2 years of leadership in a manufacturing/processing environment. Previous supervisory experience within a food environment is preferred. Technical experience in the HTST arena is a plus.
