Custom Clearance

Integrated Supply Chain organization has just been established to answer today's business needs such as improving the customer service, responding to external disruption more effectively, and strengthening our capability in Project Management, End-to-End Supply Chain, and Import Export. With this ambition, we need talents to fill existing vacancies and/or new roles in our SC organization to enable us serve that ambition.

Her/His scopes & objectives are :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand local, national, and international issues from different perspectives
• Comfortable communicating with different audiences, including colleagues, vendor/third party, stake holder and government officials. Have a good communication skill both orally and in writing, with Indonesia and English fluency.
• Computer skills, including demonstrated experience with electronic project management, resource management and document workflow tools
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership/facilitation, decision-making, process management, analytical skills, negotiating and conflict-management skills, risk management, and written and oral communication

Individual ability:

• Good track record to work effectively in a team with different cultures and professions to achieve expected objectives.
• Working individually and as team.
• Involved and build good relationships with government institutions and other stakeholders

• Fresh Graduate or Experienced talent with knowledge and interest in Supply Chain.
• Strong Leadership Potential.
• Agile: Ready to be developed and rotated across several Supply Chain area i.e. Supply Planning Export Import, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, or Project Management.
• Digital savvy: competency on relevant analytical tools is advantegous.
• Communication with various stake holder
