C&P Manager MRO and Consumables

The purpose of this role is to lead, manage, and perform all activities related to Capex, Spare part and Manufacturing MRO sourcing task for all Water and SN CBU facilities in Indonesia.

To connect, engage and maintain relation with each CBU Regional Indutrial / Manufacturing Leadership Team. Main SPOC for All Danone Indonesia CBU procurement needs for the following categories:

1.         MEP & Instrumentation & Automation – capex & spare part

2.         MEP installation and construction

• Non Machine OEM Spare Part/MRO procure and inventory strategy together with Engineering C

• Machine OEM Spare Part/MRO procure and inventory strategy together with C&P Manager Capex & Industrial Services and C&P Manager Water Fill&Pack and End of Line

3. To lead category strategy development and execute accordingly to reach the KPIs related to Cost, Quality, Security of Supply (SLA), Innovations, Sustainability.

4. Strategic Sourcing:

• Co-build together with C&P Regional and Global CAT teams the appropriate sourcing strategies and engage internal stake holders into those strategies

• To source potential suppliers of respective category for AQUA & SN CBU to build balanced supplier portfolio.

• To conduct competitive biddings and proper tenders for manufacturing machinery spare parts, mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment spare parts and services  for AQUA & SN CBU

• To conduct competitive biddings and proper tenders for import clearance, cargo, and courier vendor for AQUA CBU

• To negotiate with the supplier to align with company direction (i.e. ToP, lead time, saving target, etc.) and put all the negotiated item/term in the contract

• To manage commercial aspect of buying to protect the business by providing legal contract, SEDEX, etc.

• Liaise with global cycles and procurement team for global procurement initiative  

5. Supplier Relationship and Stakeholder Management

• Perform yearly vendor evaluation using SPE tools

• To do supplier mapping and clusterization for SN CBU in order to have the best supplier panel in respective category

• To lead generation of productivity & innovation ideas in respective procurement category to support company objectives

• Manage communication with supplier for commercial and escalated operational issues.

6.Policy and Procedure

• To comply with endorsed Cycles & Procurement Policy & Procedure during all procurement activities (DANGO)

• To comply with international and local authority Import regulation and policy during all import activites.

• Liaise with supplier development section, procurement excellence manager, align and execute group driven related compliance initiatives (i.e. Sedex, Ecovadis, CSMS, QCMS, WISE, etc.)

7;. Quality

• To manage, drive, oversee & execute NC programs for respective vendors in cooperation with NC functions in order to ensure vendor’s compliance with policies and procedure

• To manage and ensure conformity, quantity, quality, and delivery of material supply

8.Leadership and Personal Development

• Lead the team by setting directions & objectives and deliver visible support to achive the business performance.

Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business or relevant Technical major.

• 5 years of relevant working experience (includes procurement or / and manufacturing experience).
• Exposure to working with spare part inventory and ordering
• Exposure to working with logistic and supply chain vandors
• Hands-on experience working with multiple partners to resolve exceptions and negotiate best alternatives.e
