People centric
The People are what make Danone
Our workplace is collaborative and social. We have regular get-together sessions (e.g. teambuilding and coffee sessions). We are people-centric and we place more importance on networks and relationships.
Even during the pandemic, we have taken various actions to support our employees (e.g. direct medical assistance for Danoners and their families, provision of transportation for factory workers, care kits and mental health programs).

Embracing Diversity
Our ambition is to have every Danoner feel included and able to contribute with their uniqueness. To make this a reality, we have various initiatives in place, e.g. culture sharing, festive celebrations as well as ensuring all of our processes, from hiring to employee development, supports diversity and inclusion. In 2020, our Thailand entity was awarded the 1st runner up for UN Women WEPs Awards: Gender-Inclusive Workplace.
