About you

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business while supporting leaders and employees across Denmark and Norway. You will provide expert guidance within Danish labour law and balance daily operational tasks with long term strategic HR initiatives. You will have ownership of the HR agenda in Denmark & Norway, while also collaborating with international functions and colleagues across the Nordic and Baltic region. The role is broad, varied and well suited for someone who enjoys moving between strategic discussions, organisational development, stakeholder support and practical HR tasks. You will be part of a collaborative Nordic & Baltic HR team consisting of HRBPs, Talent and Learning, Reward, Internal Communications and Engagement and Payroll.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with leaders to deliver core HR processes and support organisational development
• Act as a trusted advisor in HR matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with business needs
• Review, develop and implement HR processes and policies for the Nordic and Baltic region
• Take ownership of HR master data and ensure high quality reporting and accurate updates
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities together with the Talent and Learning team

 

You are an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys a broad HR role that mixes strategic initiatives with operational hands on work. You thrive in an international matrix organisation and feel confident partnering with leaders at all levels. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and enjoy being the go to person for both managers and employees. You are proactive, self driven and comfortable taking ownership of the HR agenda in Denmark while collaborating across borders.

 

To be successful, you likely bring:

• A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner with exposure to both strategic HR and operational HR
• Strong knowledge of Danish labour law and practical experience advising on employment law and employee relations
• Experience in an international matrix organisation with cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English
• Confidence working with HR systems, HR data and people analytics
• Experience from FMCG, retail or another fast paced environment is considered an advantage

You enjoy working with a wide HR scope that includes organisational development, change management, onboarding, HR processes, compliance and daily employee support. Most importantly, you genuinely care about people and are motivated by building a strong and engaging workplace culture.
