We don't compromise on food quality or safety!

We don’t compromise on food quality or safety. This is the kind of culture that has been implemented in the factory. Transparent communication is very key for this and helps to reduce risks.

People are very kind, and easy to talk to.

There is little concern about hierarchy at Danone Japan

It’s very easy to connect to people, regardless of status, level or pay grade. You don’t even need to use high level of politeness, as you do in typical Japanese environment.

Now I am running meetings and also facilitating in English language.

When i joined the company, i was not able to speak English!

In Danone, people do not put emphasis how great your English level is, but want to know and understand about your professional views.

With the diversity we have at Danone Japan everyone acts inclusively, and people open to hearing different views. It's good for trial and error when speaking with others in the company.

Danone has given me many learning opportunities.

We are in charge of our own professional development.

Danone listens to what you want to become and prioritizes the opinion of the individual.  I was given the opportunity to go on one of many programs abroad.

We also have many chances to communicate with global networks around the globe. Danoners in other countries work hard we all share the same work ethics.

Shunsuke is looking for people who are curious and self motivated to join Danone.
