You are a detail-oriented and reliable team player who takes pride in accuracy and quality. You thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Your ability to follow processes carefully, manage workload efficiently, and communicate effectively across teams will be key to your success in this role.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing or production environment
• A tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Microbiology, Science, or similar (preferred)
• Knowledge of food or dairy hygiene practices
• Understanding of HACCP principles (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word)
• A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability
