A big challenge has been to move from my original area of expertise, Supply Chain, to Sales and leading a group of 8 Sales Representatives, some of which have worked in that position for decades. This I had to manage without any experience in sales but together with my team and their vast knowledge of the field we continue to grow together. - Tero, Sales

Since my work involves continuous improvement and change management I always have to look for new approaches on how to transform information and make it work. Recently, I took a new approach for cross-functional teams when revising the new processes and I believe the outcome will be successful when we share more across divisions – Inta, Supply Chain

One significant part of my medical function is to drive competency movement in regards to nutritional treatments in different therapeutic areas, often by involving external experts. Within Nutricia Academia I have recently initiated these sorts of engagements where Health Care Professionals can take part of scientific insights and discuss improvements in clinical practise. - Elisabeth, Medical Affairs
