• Support the team in executing the Digital Manufacturing Acceleration Program: Maximizing the Impact through Digital Catalogue solutions and Platform's implementation, exploring new technologies, and tracking the Value generated
• Help to enhance our Digital Compass: By documenting our preferred used cases and solutions; be part of the team to support factories to enhance functionalities and identify interfaces between catalogue solutions.

• Lead one of our Digital Manufacturing Catalogue Solutions, 3D mapping
• Key support for the Factory Awards Program (Paperless, Data Analytics & Smart Automation)

In the team of Global Digital Manufacturing you will be closely supervised by German Figueroa, Senior Manager – Portfolio Value. The team is international, including people working in Netherlands and France, whilst the extended team has members from all around Europe. You will meet passionate people, who are not afraid to get involved and achieve great results.

About you

We are looking for an curious-minded Master's student with a profound interest in the field of manufacturing and technology (technical, engineering, operations or business/marketing background). You have prior understanding of manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts enabling you to quickly learn the needs from our factories and translate it into use cases. You are familiar with PowerBi or have a strong willingness to learn fast. Knowing Power Apps or Power Automate is a plus, but not mandatory. You are a person with an open personality and strong communication skills. You are able to successfully interact with stakeholders from around the world and from various backgrounds. You are eager to learn from your team but also willing and able to work autonomously.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • Ideally available to start in July for a minimum of 6 months with possibility of extension, 4-5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - oral and written;
  • You are able to work from Hoofddorp if required (hybrid)
  • Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

NL:  We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
