This position is a 9 to 12 Months contract with a possibility of a permanent position. 

 

Mission: As the Senior Manager of Market Quality Performance, you will spearhead our team with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that from the moment our products leave our facility to the point they receive consumer feedback, excellence is maintained. You will be responsible for implementing robust quality and food safety policies, meticulously analyzing market feedback, and formulating strategic action plans to address any issues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Take the helm of the MQP team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship. You will be instrumental in shaping the team’s growth through regular performance evaluations and strategic hiring.
  • Logistics Quality: Craft and execute a comprehensive Quality Logistic roadmap. Guarantee adherence to Quality Food Safety (QFS) standards throughout our logistics operations, manage product traceability, oversee recall procedures, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Market Quality: Steer the management of quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), handle consumer feedback with care, and supervise the consumer care center. You will also have oversight of quality projects and collaborate with our store check supplier to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of quality within the organization. Identify and address training needs, and work closely with various teams to enhance our systems and processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

About you

Qualifications:

  • A solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the food industry, showcasing your depth of knowledge and expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, coupled with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, allowing for seamless communication in our bilingual environment.
