Hello everyone, I’m Stephanie.

I’m a Consumer Nutrition Manager.

I’m a qualified nutritionist and work as part of our Consumer Nutrition Team, on our Aptamil and Cow & Gate brands. I am responsible for the nutritional content of our products, ensuring that what we say, and the contents of our products are nutritionally appropriate for babies and toddlers.

My journey so far

Contributing to the bigger picture.

I work closely with our Global Product Development Team on the formulation of our products. I often get to see the whole process, from initial product brief to seeing those products on the shelf in-store, which I find really fulfilling. Knowing that we are providing parents with nutritional products for growing babies and children really demonstrates the impact I am able to make.

Everyone is really nice here – open, friendly, and helpful. I feel really lucky to have worked with some really inspirational people. There are also lots of initiatives to support our health and wellbeing.

There’s lots of scope to do something different.

I’ve always felt I have flexibility and opportunity to try different things and get involved in initiatives outside of my usual remit. Our ‘One Health’ Programme hosts activities across mental, nutritional & physical health for our Danoners. I’m a ‘One Health’ champion, helping to shape the agenda and support the health and wellbeing of my colleagues. This aligns closely with my own personal values and gives me the opportunity to meet new people across the business.

I came to Danone as a graduate and my career has grown from there. Danone really encourage you to think about your career laterally and explore opportunities across the business. There doesn’t need to be a set career path, I have been fortunate to try different things which have helped me learn and grow.
