I love working with people from all across our business, helping to find the right people to join Danone and our 'One Planet One Health' vision. Every day I get the opportunity to make an impact on someone’s career and I love seeing how they grow within our business.

I know everyone says it, but the people here are the best! Danone puts people at the heart of the business, you see it every day. As a working mum I feel supported to balance my work and home life and that’s very motivating.

Danone supports my curiosity.

As well as my day-to-day role, there is always opportunities to get involved in cross functional projects. I am empowered to learn new things from other areas of our business, which really helps to shape my own role. We are also encouraged to do some charity work. It’s good to help out and give something back.

My experience has been massively positive in terms of growth. There are both informal and formal training opportunities, and I’ve been able to chat with senior leaders in the business to help me decide on my career path. With Danone’s support I am studying for my CIPD qualification, something I have always wanted to achieve, and will provide me with opportunities to progress my career at Danone.
