We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Data CX, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and strategic alignment of our digital initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects that will shape the future of our digital presence.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to gather and scope digital project specifications into clear Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Project Management: Lead resource scheduling, budget management, and delivery of work deliverables in partnership with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Website Management: Take end-to-end ownership of our digital website platforms, including migrating current websites from WordPress to AEM Cloud and executing new AEM builds with updated UX/UI for key brands.
  • Roadmap: Partake in the co-design of future roadmap planning of features and functionalities such as Headless eCommerce, Subscription, Personalisation and Apps.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed SOWs and budgets.
  • Communication: Provide roadmap and milestone updates to key stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, liaising with agencies, the internal digital team, local and global IT & Data teams, and Global AEM Teams to deliver complex digital website projects.

About you

You are a seasoned Digital Project Manager with a strong background in digital agencies or internal project teams. Your exceptional communication skills help you manage stakeholders effectively, including the leadership team. You excel at collaborating within a team of diverse digital technology maturity levels, bringing out the best in everyone. Your strategic mindset ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adeptly juggling multiple priorities, and your proactive problem-solving abilities drive project success.

 

Ideally, you will have:

 

  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years in Digital Project Management, preferably with Adobe and SFMC experience, and a background in digital agencies or internal project teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of web development, integration and forms processes and technologies such as Gigya, Commerce tools, GA4, and Tealium, along with strong Agile Project Management skills.
  • Project Management Skills: Expertise in needs analysis, estimation, risk analysis, plan development, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional communication skills with high emotional intelligence, and strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Industry and Reporting Experience: Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, delivering websites and campaigns, digital marketing campaigns, and proficiency in weekly progress reporting.
