Our Quality team is looking for a Quality Jr. Manager to work with our copackers in São Paulo, SP.
Key Responsabilities:
- Oversee the quality management system and the team in our co-manufacturing operations.
- Implement and maintain quality standards across all processes.
- Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and final products to ensure compliance.
- Develop and manage quality control systems.
- Determine and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses.
- Monitor processes and validate results to ensure effectiveness.
- Ensure all products meet corporate and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
A propos de vous
Target Profile:
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biological Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in co-manufacturing or working with external manufacturing partners.
- Familiarity with ISO, FSSC 22000, and other relevant quality standards.
- Expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems.
- Proficiency in audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in implementing corrective actions and conducting trend analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve process flow and efficiency.
- Experience in training and educating teams on quality control measures.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to sector trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strong focus on ensuring products meet customer expectations and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
