Our Quality team is looking for a Quality Jr. Manager to work with our copackers in São Paulo, SP.

 

Key Responsabilities:

  • Oversee the quality management system and the team in our co-manufacturing operations.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards across all processes.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and final products to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and manage quality control systems.
  • Determine and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Conduct investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Monitor processes and validate results to ensure effectiveness.
  • Ensure all products meet corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

A propos de vous

Target Profile:

  • Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biological Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in co-manufacturing or working with external manufacturing partners.
  • Familiarity with ISO, FSSC 22000, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Skilled in implementing corrective actions and conducting trend analysis.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve process flow and efficiency.
  • Experience in training and educating teams on quality control measures.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to sector trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strong focus on ensuring products meet customer expectations and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
