Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the " Head of Sustainability " Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Execute Sustanability and Danone Impact Journey (DIJ) vision and aspirations of the CBU through local strategy and projects by coordinating strong network of sustainability contributors. Contribute to stakeholder engagement, communication and advocacy on strategic sustainability topics.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Together with the GM and CODI, develop and coordinate local DIJ strategy.
• Liaise with Global DIJ team and ensure full alignment.
• Drive strategic DIJ programs enabling local DIJ governance for the country.
• Coordinate/collaborate with local DIJ contributors in execution.
• Safeguard/enable DIJ/B-Corp activation through brands.   
• Achieve “advocacy for good” through external key stakeholders.
• Facilitate external DIJ network as an advisory board.
• Develop/implement/communicate DIJ performance.

• Expertise in sustainability governance, social responsibility projects, and measurement systems.
• Experience in high-level interactions with both internal and external stakeholders in sustainability.
• Strong background in coordinating across different functions to achieve organizational sustainability goals.
• Demonstrated impact on business results through sustainability initiatives, creating value for the brand's reputation.
• High proficiency in sustainability strategy development.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills.
• Technical background, preferably in engineering.
• Familiarity with B-Corp and Danone Way certification processes.
