We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Analytics Manager to support the performance analysis of our key categories: Dairy products, plant-based business, and bottled water. This role will reinforce the current sell-out analysis capabilities and expand the scope to include innovation tracking and household panel insights, enabling a more holistic view of category dynamics and consumer behavior.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the Analytics Manager in the analysis of retail performance across assigned categories.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sell-out trends, promotional effectiveness, and distribution KPIs.
• Integrate innovation performance tracking into existing analytical frameworks, identifying early signals and success drivers.
• Analyze household panel data to uncover consumption patterns, shopper profiles, and switching behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Category Management) to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.
