• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; Mechanical /Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering departments of universities, 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or food industry, Factory Operations Work for manufacturing projects ( e.g Production Engineer, Process engineer, Project engineer ...)
• Participated Manufacturing Improvement, Excellence projects Knows GMP rules, has studied GMP rules in the field
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to use MS Office effectively, SAP and/or any Document Management System knowledge 
• Team oriented and results-focused Strong communication skills and organizational skills
• Coaching, leading, and managing change
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• To be able to stay in Lüleburgaz
