We are looking for a Brand Manager Alpro to dive into the wonderful world of marketing plantbased and continue unlocking our growth spaces protein, barista, breakthrough innovations… You name it!
The job is located in Rijswijk in Netherland and is looking after Benelux geographical scope. As a Brand Manager, you will join our Alpro plant based marketing team and report to the Plantbased BNL Marketing Director.
Your job will be to share the love for Plant based eating through our beloved Alpro brand with consumers in Belgium & the Netherlands. As a true brand marketeer, you’ll have to identify key consumer needs, match them with our brand purpose & strategy, and develop winning communication, activation, and innovation plans.
What would be your role in this team:
Create annual growth Plan and Lead Brand growth: You’ll design the brand plans with clear “jobs to be done” and priorities, in Belgium & The Netherlands on all that relates to new growth spaces for Alpro, being the development of our Barista range and our protein range in both retail and AFH, but also ensuring the successful launch of all different breakthrough innovations.; you’ll lead the implementation of those brand plans and track the business results along the way, taking action when needed to reach the ambitions.
Campaign and Brand Management: You’ll be responsible to leverage global assets and amplify, with insight-driven elements, in all our communication and activation agenda in close liaison with key media and creative agency partners.
Project Management: Your day-to-day tasks will focus on leading key projects that are part of the plantbased new growth spaces brands plan. You will work with cross-functional teams to carry projects through their various stages and ensure they hit the market on time, and with excellence in execution.
Market Analysis: You will analyze in-market trends and results of our activities, and report key conclusions and insights back to the team. We’ll be curious to hear your ideas along the way!
Operational Management: Of course, you’ll also help with the operational sides of the brand: budget management, working with influencers, making sure things go according to plan.
Collaboration: You’ll closely collaborate with your colleagues in different functions, for example: shopper team, key accounts, AFH team, media team, category managers, and field sales manager. And of course, be part of our fantastic Danone team!
