Main missions
serves as the primary driver for Business Contingency Plan (BCP) and operational excellence within the Indonesian market. This role is responsible for coordinating with local c&p and ops team to ensure the resilience of the local supply chain by managing raw material risks, and bridging the gap between APAC regional strategies and Indonesia’s local execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk & Criticality Analysis: Conduct comprehensive BCP assessments for all raw materials in Indonesia, identifying critical supply nodes and vulnerabilities.
- Stock & Order Pipeline Tracking: Maintain rigorous oversight of inventory levels and open orders to ensure safety stock targets are met and supply continuity is maintained.
- Crisis Coordination: Act as the local point of contact during supply disruptions, orchestrating immediate solutions and facilitating communication between regional PMO and local stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead and coordinate local procurement projects by aligning with the Indonesia Operations team, local factories, and procurement.
Key Performance Indicator
- BCP Framework Maturity: Quality and timeliness of BCP documentation and risk mitigation plans for the Indonesia portfolio.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration: Effectiveness of coordination between APAC procurement, local procurement, and operations.
- Operational Resilience: Speed and effectiveness in resolving local supply crises and maintaining stock health during disruptions.
- Project Delivery Excellence: On-time completion of local project milestones and adherence to PMO governance standards.
Über Dich
- Experience: Proven track record in Procurement, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management; experience within a multinational FMCG environment is preferred.
- Execution Power: Highly action-oriented with a "get-it-done" mindset; able to translate high-level strategies into concrete local actions.
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for regional reporting and collaboration.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
