Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about international logistics? We’re looking for an Export Coordinator to help us deliver excellence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Documentation

• Coordinate stock levels and clearances with internal teams.
• Ensure all export documentation is accurate and delivered on time.

Export Coordination

• Align stock releases with bookings and customer requirements.
• Work closely with Planning, Warehousing & Logistics teams to manage space, pallets, and delivery schedules.

Shipping & Freight

• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange export shipments to Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.
• Secure sufficient bookings with shipping lines to ensure smooth operations.

Projects & Invoicing

• Lead and support projects related to export customers and systems.
• Assist with timely invoicing for export vendors.

Education

• Relevant tertiary education.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain or export coordination.

Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
• Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus.
• Knowledge of export/customs processes is desirable.
