Global Feed & Crops Resilience Manager

Über den Job

Lead Danone’s global feed & crops resilience agenda: design roadmaps, scale regenerative solutions, and cut impacts while boosting farmer value.

Join Danone’s Global Agriculture Team to make feed and crop production more resilient to climate and economic pressures. Your work will reduce environmental impacts such as GHG emissions, water use, soil degradation, and biodiversity loss, while delivering business value for Danone and positive impact for our farmer suppliers. You’ll focus on our strategic dairy farm portfolio, co‑designing resilient feed strategies with local teams and supporting ingredient sourcing teams on regenerative agriculture projects with suppliers. This is a global role with scheduled, periodic field travel across countries (typically 2–3 days, and up to a week).

  • Design & drive feed resilience roadmaps (≈50%): Co‑develop programs with local milk and global implementation teams; share benchmarks and best practices; support business cases; align partners with Danone’s MMRV and SAI frameworks.
  • Support ingredient resilience design (≈20%): Advise ingredient sourcing teams on regenerative projects; identify pre‑competitive opportunities via the SAI crops working group; align with carbon sequestration strategies.
  • Scout innovation & shape partnerships (≈20%): Identify solutions in soil health, feed and crops; assess technical relevance, build business cases, design pilots; manage upstream supplier/service provider relationships; contribute to Partner4Growth initiatives.
  • Upskill the organisation (≈10%): Share tools, best practices and learnings to accelerate adoption and performance across markets and teams.
  • Partner across the ecosystem: Work with Global Milk & Deployment Teams; collaborate with Local Milk organisations, ingredient sourcing and sustainability teams; engage farmers, industry expert consultants and peer companies.
  • Field engagement: Conduct periodic travel for on‑site visits to support implementation and outcomes
