• Bachelors degree with min 5 – 7 years of experience in HR management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRBP positions in multinational matrix organizations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
• Strong people management & coaching skills.
• Integrity and diplomacy whilst being perseverant in reaching results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Engage and influence others based on your analytical insight and strong stakeholder management.
