Updating various farmer and collector documents, consolidating and
sending updated documents to the DSA (Departmental Directorates of Agriculture) and sharing the database with
collection centers and area managers.

• Generating, sending, and receiving attendance sheets at the various collection points
across the country, while respecting deadlines.

• Establishing and managing agreements with farmers, collectors,
forage agreements, agricultural supply contracts, and their physical and digital archiving.

• Maintaining ongoing contact with the DSA to monitor the progress of
processing milk and forage subsidy applications and assisting them with
various requests.

• Establishing and managing reports by subdivision at the national level, while
ensuring their dispatch to the relevant subdivisions.

• Generating document validity reports, production and collection reports, within the
deadlines for the preparation of milk subsidy applications. • Establishment and management of forage delivery notes (BLs), ensuring their dispatch and receipt from collection centers validated by farmers, for the purpose of preparing the forage file, in collaboration with the logistics manager and area manager.

• Preparation and finalization of milk and forage subsidy files and ensuring their submission to the DSA (Department of Agricultural Services) within the deadlines set by law.

• Management and monitoring of documents attesting to the proper execution of various actions, including dispatch slips and acknowledgments of receipt, while ensuring their physical and digital archiving.

• Ensuring the updating of the volume register in accordance with the law.

• Assisting the senior milk sourcing administrator in their upstream tasks at the agricultural services department level, as needed.
