At Danone Business Services APAC, you will play a critical role as P2P Analyst in ensuring seamless payment operations that support our business, suppliers, and stakeholders across the region. Beyond processing payments, you will contribute to strengthening controls, driving operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within a dynamic shared services environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain exposure to regional operations, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Execute scheduled payments accurately and within established timelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payment activities for the China market while supporting potential rotation opportunities across other APAC countries based on business needs.
- Maintain a strong control environment by adhering to internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Partner with suppliers, business users, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related inquiries and ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Monitor and minimize payment failures, processing errors, and operational risks through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Support month-end and year-end activities related to payment operations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the overall user experience.
- Leverage digital tools and automation opportunities to streamline payment processes and reduce manual effort.
- Contribute to business continuity plans and support operational excellence within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Über Dich
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Treasury, or a Shared Services environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Familiarity with banking platforms, electronic payment processing, and payment controls.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational organization will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is required to effectively support stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners across the China market.
