Danone Specialized Nutrition is seeking for Product Analyst - HR & General Secretary, AMEA CNAO, based in Malaysia. HR & GS Solutions Delivery
• Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of HR & GS digital solutions, both local and global projects.
• Lead or participate in implementation projects within the IT&D HR & GS scope.
• Analyze and drive continuous improvement of IT & Data processes across AMEA CNAO HR & GS functions.
• Providing Level 1 support for system applications.
• Ensure alignment with Danone’s compliance standards and policies (DANGO).
• Enhance communication between global and local business units to eliminate gaps.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude for cross-functional collaboration.
Business Partnership & Demand Management
• Build strong partnerships with business and global stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize demands.
• Translate business needs into executable IT&D solutions.
• Act as an ambassador of IT & Data strategy within the business.
Über Dich
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information technology, or equivalent field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT organization front end (towards business users) organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management:
o (Preferred) Waterfall and Agile methodology experience
o (Preferred) Previous experience working in Product Teams.
• Technical Knowledge:
o Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
o Experience technical IT concepts such as Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, server infrastructure and high-level IT architecture is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt to change and lead / drive change, think out-of-the box, display resilience, determination and flexibility, anticipate / be proactive.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent picture in the minds of key stakeholders, including Global and Local Business teams.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
