Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Quality Executive (Sapanca)" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
• Implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 Food Safety requirements, sharing improvement proposals and taking an active role in planned improvement actions
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories
• Prepares and updates quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA, production team and other appropriate staff
• Develop quality mindset and right behaviors across the plant, driving culture of quality activities
• Preparing & sharing quality reports, keeping needed records for quality and analysis reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation, and distributing statistical information in order to find areas for growth
• Making all quality analysis according to procedures and directions by taking samples on defined process steps, making analysis and reporting in line with procedures
• Identifies and analyzes non-conformities, defects, and other problems, recommends and facilitates root cause analysis and required action plans.
• Reviews client, customer, and visit feedbacks, define the corrective and preventive actions, preparing the root-cause analyzing and problem solving with relevant functions collaboration
• Organizing and managing all machines/equipments, tests/analysis which are under his/her responsibility with minimum cost in line with deadlines
• Cooperating with planning, purchasing, logistics and production-maintenance for usage of packaging materials which comply with standards and drawback packaging materials which do not comply with standards.
Über Dich
About You:
• University degree in Food Engineering,
• Minimum 1 year of functional experience within quality,
• Good level of MS Office knowledge,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented,
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details,
• Able to reside in Sapanca
