Responsible for actualization, rolling forecast, and KPI tracking processes for topline budgets:
- Analyze and explain key drivers for variances compared to the previous year, month, and budget/forecast.
- Work closely with commercial teams to follow up on budget forecast data.
- Submit periodic reports into financial systems.
- Perform closure activities in line with global policies and guidelines.
- Follow up on PO processes.
- Ensure compliance with the financial controlling scope of the internal control framework.
- Prepare and maintain budget analysis files, trade support budgets of channel P&Ls, and conduct ad-hoc studies.
- Identify automation opportunities for financial reporting.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality and accuracy.
Über Dich
•Minimum 3 year of Budgeting/Planning/Controlling experience in Finance Department
• Interested to work with digital systems / tools
• FMCG experience is preferable
• Excellent command of English
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• MS Office knowledge is a must
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in business relations management
• Curious and open to learn & share
