Are you passionate about turning data into strategic decisions? Do you want to drive the effectiveness of field teams in the healthcare sector? At Danone, we’re looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to lead SFE processes within the Healthcare Engagement Methodology. You’ll work closely with field force leaders, data teams, finance, and supply chain to maximize the impact of our HCP channel strategies.

 

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design and implement Sales Force Efectiveness processes that define how to play, how to win, and how to sustain field force strategy across categories.
  • Coordinate field force resource allocation, optimizing structure and territory deployment.
  • Identify process gaps and prioritize corrective actions based on insights.
  • Translate multi-source data into pre- and post-HCP visit analytics and actionable reporting.
  • Activate and maintain CRM modules in collaboration with IS/IT and vendors, ensuring functionality and automated reporting.
  • Co-lead tactical business planning, aligning short- and long-term goals with engagement strategy.

Über Dich

Profile: 

 

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience managing HCP data and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of input/output KPIs and commercial effectiveness methodologies.
  • Familiarity with territory planning and field team structuring.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to correlate data, identify patterns, and anticipate solutions.
  • Strategic mindset to propose impactful actions that drive market leadership.

Strategic Thinking:

  • Business vision to connect operational tasks with long-term objectives.
  • Ability to define performance metrics that guide program direction and adjustment.

Creativity & Innovation:

  • Proactive in proposing improvements in BI, CRM, and engagement strategies.
  • Capable of leading cross-functional and multi-category business development projects.
