Danone Specialized Nutrition is seeking for SEA Innovation-Financial Planning & Digital Transformation Support Manager, based in Thailand. This role supports a key strategic initiative to drive responsible and efficient growth across Southeast Asia (SEA), including Thailand (TH), Malaysia (MY), Cambodia (KH), Myanmar (MM), Singapore (SG), and Vietnam (VN). The position combines financial simulation, digital transformation, and strategic portfolio management to guide decision-making, improve ways of working, and enable cross-country collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Simulation & LIM (Local Innovation Meeting) Governance (50%)
• Lead business case simulations across SEA markets to support innovation and investment decisions.
• Manage LIM (Local Innovation Meeting) planning and execution, ensuring timely submission of business case and all financial assumptions.
• Align cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, R&I, Sales) on innovation readiness and feasibility.
• Support gate decisions of New Product launch through scenario modeling and strategic planning.
• Ensure LIM governance protocols are followed, including pre-read preparation, stakeholder alignment, and decision documentation.
2. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation (40%)
• Build impactful dashboards using Power BI to visualize financial and Innovation performance.
• Transform raw data into scalable models using Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Automate reporting workflows and harmonize tools/templates across SEA finance.
• Lead training sessions and create learning materials to boost tool adoption.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies (e.g. AI, automation) to elevate team productivity.
3. Strategy & Portfolio Management (10%)
• Conduct strategic risk assessments using Danone frameworks.
• Evaluate product portfolios and lead SKU rationalization to improve profitability.
• Consolidate cross-market inputs into regional strategy presentations and AOP planning.
Über Dich
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Masters or MBA is a plus.
• 5 years experiences in FMCG company is a plus.
• Intermediate to Advanced Level of Excel, Power point
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Query, and data modeling is a plus.
• Experienced in applying digital tools like AI Agents to improve finance workflows is a plus.
• Fluent in English communication and confident in delivering presentations.
