You are a professional with extensive experience in product development tools and processes, possessing a strong affinity for and preferably proficiency in digital tools and artificial intelligence. You bring excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with various functions and geographies. With robust organizational capabilities, you ideally have prior experience in managing knowledge management systems. Your maintain a comprehensive perspective to ensure the consideration of different aspects of the business to deliver business value.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, or a related field.

o A minimum of 7 years' experience in Research & Innovation (R&I), Quality, or Operations with a thorough understanding of R&I product development tools and processes.

· Strong affinity for data management, digital tools, and AI capabilities.

· Expertise in Knowledge Management, particularly in structuring information and organizing knowledge management systems such as SharePoint and PowerBI.

· Autonomous with a curiosity to pioneer and test new approaches.

· Collaborative mindset with proven leadership skills to persuade others and work effectively across diverse functions and zones.
