Business and Strategic Partner

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, HCN, Innovation, Finance, and Leadership teams to shape strategies using insight-driven thinking.
  • Work closely with external research agencies to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Influence and inspire brand strategy based on integrated data sources and expertise in consumers understanding
  • Liaise with commercial team (Marketing, Sale and HCN) to coordinate and consolidate competition

Guardian of Consumers/ People Centricity

  • Champion a consumer-centric mindset across the organization and act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring decisions reflect real needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Protect and elevate the quality and depth of consumer understanding, challenging assumptions with evidence-based insights.
  • Identify emerging trends and unmet needs that can unlock strategic opportunities.

Manage Research Program

  • Lead research studies that help build and sharpen marketing mix and strategies for brands
  • Ensure deliverables are insightful and clearly address business problems, leading to actionable next step
  • Draw on his/her understanding of consumers and integrated data sources to identify insights and make recommendations to business
  • Ability to conduct in-house research/consumer surveys using agile tools and take interest in conducting in-house analytics navigating multiple sources of data
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage research projects within established budgets and deadlines
  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and post-campaign evaluations

SEA SIA support

  • Support SEA SIA lead on regional initiatives and reporting according to the line manager guidance

Über Dich

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in management, research, marketing or any related field.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in research related field or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Good project management skills for agency coordination.
  • Proficient in data visualization and storytelling.Attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in both a cross-functional and inter-cultural team and in an international environment.
  • Influencing and stakeholder engagement.
  • High English proficiency.
  • Fluency in use of MS Excel and other analytical tools.
