The Strategy & Insights Analyst partners with brand teams and across the business to assess business performance and identify future sources of growth rooted in consumer insights. This entails quantifiably understanding current trends and looking around the corner to predict future trends.
• B.Sc. Marketing, Social Science or related field.
• Candidate must have up to Eight (8) years’ experience with at least 5 years in consumer insight/market research roles (FMCG experience preferred).
• M.Sc./MBA (preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Nielsen/Retail Sales data source; Kantar or other household panel source; Shopper mission/behavior studies; and Market Mix Modeling.
