Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking for Supply Chain Optimization Manager, SEA based in Samutprakarn. 1. Supply Chain Performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report regularly on supply chain performance using dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Zone (APAC) team to animate key KPIs efficiently with proper definitions.
• Identify performance gaps, support the design and implementation of performance improvement projects.
• Assist in integrating performance management into planning and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support transformation roadmaps.
2. Project & Portfolio Management
• Participate in cross-functional teams to execute value-added projects in supply chain, logistics, and operations.
• Track project progress, report updates, and support successful project delivery (time, cost, quality).
• Drive projects to yield desirable outputs without delay, proactively overcoming bottlenecks.
• Engage supply chain leads to roll-out initiatives, support change management & governance.
3. Data & Digital Tools
• Support the development and automation of dashboards and visualizations to track key metrics.
• Assist in the deployment and evaluation of new tools and technologies for supply chain optimization.
• Secure upskilling/reskilling programs to transform ways-of-working and leverage new solutions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with internal supply chain teams (planning, logistics, customer service, warehouse, operations.
• Liaise with external partners (vendors, 3PLs, suppliers) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve issues and remove barriers to progress.
5. GPS (S&OP) Process Support
• Supports GPS (S&OP) process integrity, co-facilitate on key SEA GPS deliverables.
• Work closely with cross functional stakeholders esp. finance department to extract key data and populate clear visibility on SEA monthly cycle changes.
• Support workshops, refresher trainings to ensure strong processes & knowledge sharing.
Über Dich
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in international business, logistics, operations, business administration or supply chain management.
• Communication well in English.
• 3 to 5 years in Supply Chain / Performance / Operations.
• Preference to have both local & regional experience.
• Sensitive to data, manages projects well.
• Digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Power Bi and Power Automate.
• High accountability to animate correct performance metrics.
• Independent and self-motivated, with a strong desire to continuously improve current processes.
• Proactive in engaging stakeholders and driving projects to completion.
• Agile mindset, accountability, inclusiveness, and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
