1. Developing Trade Marketing Strategies

 

  • Reflecting brand strategies to channel plans in the FY plan.
  • Retailer based incentive plan management.

 

2. Analyzing Market Trends and Data

  • Monitoring of monthly Nielsen & IMS outputs. (Value, Volume, PPKG, ND, WD, Rotation via channel, region (in case of need), brand, sub-brand and segment details)
  • Sell out and stock days tracking via B2B platforms and Power BI.

 

3. Promotional Campaign Management

  • Activity grid management, all channels.
  • Reflecting activities to demand cycles.
  • Insert share & activity frequency management

4. Sales Team Support & Customer Relationship Management

 

  • Customer identities should be prepared (ambitions, related audience, priorities (profitability or growth, penetration), growth targets, expectations from us, shares in Nielsen vs. shares in GPS, profitability, balance sheets, whether cash oriented or not), stock sell out information
  • Quarterly customer visit calendar

 

5. Retail Execution & Merchandising Management

  • Define MSL (must stock list) via m2 or customer segmentation, identify listing opportunities with respect to it. 
  • Track availability via B2B and Nielsen ND variables. 6. NPD & EPD Management (New Product and Existing Product Development)
  • Customer Entrance Plan
  • E2E Management

 

7. Value Chains & Budget Management

  • FY TS and A&P Budget Management
  • Investment ROI Calculations

Über Dich

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

 

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 year of Sales Deparment/Trade Marketing or Shopper Excellence experience in FMCG

• Excellent command of English

• MS Office / Advanced Excel knowledge is a must

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills

• Curious and open to learn & share
