About the job: 

In this position you will be communicating and collaborating with several internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. You will be a part of a supportive and collaborative international Regulatory team and report to our Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, who is based in Solna Sweden.  

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: 

• Reviewing labels 

• Regulatory advice and guidance to the business with focus on specialized nutrition (FSMP)  

• Ensuring compliance with food legislation in Finland with focus on specialized nutrition (FSMP) 

• Participating in cross-functional projects 

• Reviewing marketing materials 

• Coordinating and managing product notifications 

• Document management and product databases 

• Preferably also advising on medical devices   

In order to be successful, you need to have: 

• Education in either nutrition, biochemistry, medicine or a similar field. 

• Previous experience of similar position.  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to work in organized and structured way. 

• Attention to detail. 

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling tasks. 

• Fluent Finnish and English. Preferably also Swedish.
