Danone's Global Finance function is looking for an Operations Overheads Controller to join our Finance Operations team. This CDI will take place in Paris (75), in our Global Head Office. In this position, you will report to Anthony Chevreul, our Operations Fixed Costs Controlling Director, based in Amsterdam.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• Animation of closing process
• • Animation of closing periods: ICE transactions, accruals, coordination with Legal Entities controller
  • Management of Engineering team cross charges
  • Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide commentaries
  • Send out monthly spending versus budget to all Department Heads on monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
  • Monthly report of FTE nb
  • Provide financial support to Operations Team Function
  • Prepare financial report on an ad hoc basis

• Animation of rolling forecast process
• • Monthly Staff review with OD/HR and Budget owners
  • Quarterly review with budget owners
  • Communication of engineering

• Reflexion on Global Overhead budget animation / FP&A activity
• • Helping Operations Fixed costs Controlling Director in shaping new ways of working and governance related to OVH global budget animation
  • Building appropriate tools to gain in productivity vs manual task today

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• At least 5 years of experience in finance in a large and international context (preferably in FMCG)
• Ability to build trustful relationships with different and senior stakeholders 
• Ability to challenge status quo and drive with energy to make things happen
• A structured and planning-oriented mindset
• Passion for numbers and data analytics experience
• Good knowledge of ERP and BI systems is desirable, SAP knowledge is an asset
• Good communication skills - to be able to explain simply complex concepts or analysis, understand issues of stakeholders from various functions, capacity to animate non-Finance people
• Strong team spirit
• Fluency in English, French is a plus
