About the job

As a Customer Collaboration Manager, you will play a key role at the intersection of supply chain excellence and customer partnership. This is a customer‑facing leadership role where you will work closely with major retail partners and internal teams to deliver reliable service, strong forecasting, and seamless execution, while continuously improving the end‑to‑end value chain.

You will lead a small team of supply and replenishment specialists and help translate commercial ambition into practical, sustainable supply chain solutions that support growth for both Danone and our customers.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with key customers to deliver agreed supply chain performance outcomes, including service levels, delivery performance, and promotional execution
  • Leading joint supply chain planning with customers, including the development and tracking of 12‑month supply chain plans aligned to shared business goals
  • Partnering with demand and supply planning teams to support accurate forecasting and effective promotion planning
  • Overseeing replenishment and inventory management to ensure the right balance between availability, efficiency, and cost
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the order‑to‑cash and end‑to‑end supply chain
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

About you

You are a customer‑centric supply chain professional who enjoys working across teams, influencing outcomes, and solving complex problems. You bring a practical mindset, resilience in changing environments, and a passion for building strong relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and demonstrate agility by effectively managing shifting priorities.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in FMCG supply chain roles, with exposure to customer‑facing retail environments
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management
  • A track record of driving service performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and finance
  • People leadership experience or a strong interest in leading and developing others
  • A solutions‑focused approach, with the ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity
  • A tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
