Are you ready to become the Department Manager for our PBF (Plastic Bottle Filling)
department? This role is part of our Specialized Nutrition factory located in Zoetermeer. In this factory (with over 500 Danoners) we produce specialized liquid medical nutrition contributing to the well-being of vulnerable target groups (infants, elderly and sick) in over 55 countries. In our PBF department we ensure that all our PBF plastic bottles are filled and packed. Our main challenges for the coming years are to keep delivering with the highest level of safety, producing with high “right first time” performance, bringing OE sustainably to a higher level and working in the best cost efficient way. In the role of Department Manager PBF you manage around 6 direct reports. You’ll report to the manufacturing director. Your main responsibilities will be:
To be successful in the role of Department Manager we expect you to have an university degree with around 5 – 8 years of relevant working experience within a factory environment. In addition your profile should contain:
