About the Job

The DBS Benelux organization provides business services for transactional finance and expert activities to all CBUs in the Benelux.  These activities include o.a. Financial Control, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, Internal Control and Trading & Interco.  The primary location of the DBS team is Rijswijk, Netherlands.

As an Invoicing & Claims Specialist, your mission will be maximizing customer/patient satisfaction & collaboration, minimizing payment overdues and optimizing cash flow.

Your main responsibilities in the role will be:

• Month-end closing (billing/invoicing)
• Investigating & closing pricing & quantity claims
• Performing monthly internal control checks on credit notes processing & invoicing
• Performing Key user activities concerning standard & company specific software (testing of new software implementation or new flows in existing software)
• Contributing to Continuous Improvement & Standardization

To be successful in this role, we are expecting you to bring the following:

• Knowledge of product range, company and customer specific rules & procedures
• Extensive knowledge of standard and company specific software
• Finance fundamentals
• Applied knowledge of portals of Logistics Service Providers and customers.
• Fluency in Dutch & English, French is a plus
• Customer-oriented problem-solving skills
• Process driven mindset
• Analytical skills
