Join our Nordics & Baltics Specialized Nutrition Finance team as a Junior Business Controller, where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights that support strategic decision making.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior finance colleagues and commercial teams to contribute to forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, while developing your technical and analytical skills. You’ll also have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business performance drivers and enhance financial processes and tools.

Please note that this is a temporary role for 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support monthly forecasting and GPS processes through data preparation, analysis, and validation.
• Assist in monthly Topline closing by preparing and checking data across ERP and BI systems.
• Prepare regular performance analyses for Commercial and Marketing teams, including product, channel, and KPI reviews.
• Maintain and help develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• Run ad‑hoc financial analyses and reporting tasks with high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate with local teams to clarify data, align assumptions, and ensure consistent reporting.
• Follow internal controls and financial procedures, flagging issues or improvement opportunities.

About You

• Higher education in Finance/Economics (or currently in the final year of studies)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid Excel skills
• Basic understanding of P&L
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Accurate, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
• Proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent English
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across markets
