About the job

 

As a Launch Leader, you will play a key role in delivering the site’s transformation agenda. You will lead the Change Master Plan, ensuring that all initiatives are successfully implemented, smoothly integrated into operations, and deliver sustainable performance improvements. 

 

This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to the Plant Leadership Team, where you will directly influence how we operate, perform, and grow.

Key Responsabilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of site initiatives, from early definition to start-up and stabilization.
  • Act as the bridge between project teams and plant operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure initiatives achieve target performance (quality, productivity, downtime reduction).
  • Drive the implementation of GSUM+ standards and best practices across the site.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply) to ensure full alignment.
  • Lead and develop Start-up Leaders, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.
  • Act as the go-to escalation point, removing barriers and accelerating decision-making.

About you

We are looking for a strong operations leader with a project mindset, someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys making things happen.

  • Proven experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment (6–10 years).
  • Hybrid profile combining Operations and Project Management experience.
  • Strong expertise in GSUM+, IWS methodologies.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional environments and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong results orientation (performance, productivity, efficiency).
  • Experience in transformation and change management in plant environments.
  • Solid leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach and develop others.
  • Strong ownership mindset, resilience and decision-making capability.
