ABOUT THE JOB

The Specialised Nutrition division of Danone is a recognised leader in the provision of specialised nutritional products and solutions, consistently striving to offer highly innovative products and services to our customers in the hospital and at home. We are looking for an ANZ Pump Administrative Coordinator to be part of our talented and passionate Pumps team based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role, a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with the possibility to extend the tenure.

Reporting to Team Leader – Pumps, you will coordinate and execute the end-to-end process of Flocare pump and related stock management as outlined in the tender agreement within their ANZ territory.

 

Your responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating the management and distribution of all Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across ANZ territory, including stock traceability, reporting, and communication via email and phone.
  • Coordinate and manage the pumps and related stock within the hospitals/facilities across the territory
  • Accurate update and maintenance of the internal database and movements of pumps and distribution documents
  • Support the Nurse Connect team with troubleshooting queries from patients and hospitals.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to provide support to meet business KPI’s
  • Ongoing review of Robotic Process and automation models to improve efficiency within the Customer Experience platform.
  • Data analysis and projections for EOM reporting and sales.

About you

You are a dynamic admin/customer service professional with strong attention to detail, collaborative skills, and an inclusive working style. You possess an agile mindset, a positive attitude, and a natural flair for building rapport, making you easy to get along with and great at connecting with people.

To be successful you will also have:

  • Prior experience in admin, customer service, or as a receptionist, preferably in a patient-centric environment.
  • A good understanding of SAP and/or Salesforce; proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English.
  • Strong skills in the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
