 (Zoetermeer Factory – fulltime)

 

This role is part of our Quality Systems team within our Specialized Nutrition factory located in Zoetermeer and reports directly to the Quality Systems Manager and works together with many departments within Supply Point Zoetermeer as well as other parts of Danone (CBU's, PD, Global Regulatory and other SP's).

In this factory (with over 500 Danoners) we produce specialized liquid medical nutrition contributing to the well-being of vulnerable target groups (infants, elderly and sick) in over 55 countries. 
 

Your main responsibilities

As Performance and Improvement Manager you:
- Ensure the license to operate of Factory Zoetermeer by monitoring, reporting and analyzing the quality KPIs of the Supply Point Zoetermeer;

- Initiating improvement projects to ensure the improvement of the Quality and Food Safety management;
- Drive the quality culture program of the Factory Zoetermeer to ensure quality is embedded in the behaviour of all employees and people showing the desired behaviour and/or achieving the desired results are rewarded;
- Drive quality communication to employees e.g. related to performance and the quality culture program.

About you

We are looking for someone with a completed education in Food Technology or quality discipline i.e. Food Technology, Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Technology with a proven work experience.
In addition, you fit this role perfectly because you are/have:

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and external parties as well having training skills;
  • Good communications skills with all levels of stakeholders;
  • Accurate, analytical and structured way of working;
  • Pro-active attitude and eager to learn;
  • Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO, GMP, GLP, BRC, IFS);
  • Dutch & English fluent in speaking and writing is a must.
