This is replacement role that an ideal incumbent will be leading the end-to-end Intercompany & Inventory matters. The role manages intercompany (IC) accounting, reconciliation, settlement, and governance, as well as inventory governance across multiple legal entities. It ensures accurate and timely month‑end close, compliance with group policies and accounting standards, and effective collaboration with global and regional finance teams. The role also oversees intercompany cash‑flow planning to support efficient liquidity management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the Intercompany related and inventory provision activities performed in their cluster are compliant with the Group core model and with the local rules. 
• Lead end-to-end IC accounting processes, including cross-charges, cost allocations, transfer pricing adjustments, and internal transfer. 
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper documentation for all IC & inventory provision activities. 
• Drive resolution of unmatched or long-outstanding IC balances and coordinate escalation when needed. Perform deep-dive discrepancy analysis and implement corrective actions. 
• Oversee settlement processes including netting, invoicing, and payments in coordination with Treasury. 
• Develop and manage short-term and long-term cash-flow forecasts (cash in/ cash out) for intercompany settlements across all entities. Provide regular reporting on IC cash forecasting accuracy and variances. 
• Ensure accuracy and timely close of intercompany activities each month. 
• Review and present IC ageing reports and provide management commentary to stakeholders on quarterly basis. 
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for IC processes. 
• Act as the main point of contact for IC topics across markets, regional teams, and global headquarters. Provide accounting guidance to business teams on IC policies and settlements. 
• Support auditors (internal & external) with intercompany queries and documentation. 
• Identify and implement process standardization, automation, and best-practice opportunities across markets. 
• Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, damaged, and stock-at-risk categories, proposing and booking necessary provisions. 
• Govern inventory movements: GIT, production variance, scrap, adjustments etc. 
• Provide all necessary support to the RTR FC Process Champion to ensure that all reported financial information is correct. 
• Perform integrity checks of interfaces fueling the accounting system and follow up resolution of issues 

• Education Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Experience (in years) At least 4-6 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
