In this role, you will serve as a key connection between sales and marketing, with responsibilities that include managing the webshop, updating internal systems and Validoo, and supporting the sales team in organizing events. You will also be responsible for publishing and updating content on Nutricia.se. You will play a vital role in supporting colleagues across different functions, including marketing, digital, medical, sales, and customer care. This is a temporary (full-time) position based at our office in Solna, where we expect you to be on-site 3 days a week. The preferred start date is May 2025, and the contract will run until June 2026.

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating the webshop, as well as administering product information in internal systems and on Validoo
• Supporting e-commerce initiatives and ensuring smooth operations
• Reporting and analyzing sales data to support decision-making
• Assisting the sales team with organizing events, both for internal teams and customer-facing events, as well as overseeing exhibition material
• Providing general support across all customer-facing functions with various projects and tasks
• Publishing and updating content on Nutricia.se to ensure its current and engaging

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You thrive in a role that offers a variety of responsibilities and are eager to develop professionally. Key qualifications include:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Ability to report and analyze sales data accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Experience in e-commerce and digital platforms like Validoo is a plus, but not a requirement
• Previous experience in customer service or a customer-oriented role is an asset
• Full fluency in both English and Swedish
