You will have the chance to  support  the  Group Insurance & Loss Prevention  team  of  one  of  the  biggest food industries in the World. Their main  goals are to protect the balance sheet of the Group,  reduce volatility ,  optimize  operational  efficiency  and mitigate risks.  

You will be part of a highly motivated  &  international team, and you will support them in  the  implementation  of  their  new  Risk  Management  Information  System  (RMIS). 

Your missions: 

• Support the Implement of the new Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and represent functional team in the operational steerco; check areas for improvement in collaboration with business teams (Insurance & Risk Prevention) 

• Manage communication with the selected service providers 

• Carry out functional tests included the test of data consistency between the old and new database  

• Perform functional testing during the deployment phase 

• Design and implement operational reportings 

• Ensure clear and timely communication regarding project progress within the functional teams 

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Power Apps) to support effective data analysis and decisionmaking 

• Identify and qualify automation opportunities using Danone’s available digital platforms (Databricks, Azure, …) 

• Assess and present opportunities for the use of generative AI 

• Raise awareness among the insurance team members about new technologies to support the collaborative identification of digital opportunities 

• Train users and prepare user guides for the use of the database 

Passionate about information systems and digital technologies, you are looking for an internship in project management. 

You should definitely be an enthusiastic self-starter who is organized, not afraid to work autonomously and knows how to prioritize & respect deadlines.  

You  are:

There are also some compulsory requirements: 

• You are an enrolled Bachelor/Master student in a Engineering school with a specialization in computer science or data and analytics 

• You know how to use Power BI and you have basics in data management, data analytics and reporting 

• You are fluent in English – oral and written 

• You can start in May/June/July to December for at least a 6-month period, 5 days per week (with 2 days of possible remote work per week)
