Flexible Workspace

Across Belgium

We’ve adopted hybrid working where possible, this means we have opportunities for Danoners, depending their role, to combine working from one of our locations with working from home. What matters is that we’re able to adapt to how teams work best. Offices are increasingly set-up to have zones for quiet work, places to meet and areas to collaborate with your colleagues, depending on your needs.

Rotselaar Factory

Stationsstraat 170/N229, 3110 Rotselaar, Belgium

As one of the largest yoghurt production sites of Danone in Europe, the factory and distribution center in Rotselaar employs 450 Danoners. It was one of the first hybrid factories to produce both dairy products and plant-based alternatives. Recently Danone Rotselaar and its food heroes were recognised as ‘Factory of the Future’ for their local, people-oriented, zero environmental impact approach.

Brussels Office

Quai des Usines 160, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Our Belgium headquarters are based in a shopping mall in Docks, by the canal and Laeken park. It’s a unique location for us, with an open-plan flex office, promoting teamwork and creativity with no assigned desks, no dress code, and plenty of space inside and out. It’s easy to grab some lunch nearby or do some shopping, and with sports and wellbeing activities on site, the showers are useful too!
