As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our Vendor & Intercompany Bank Data. As a dedicated MDM resource, you will be responsible for Tier Two bank data validation, sensitive data confirmation, and maintenance of Bank Key master data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with bank certification tool providers, vendors, data owners, master data teams, treasury, and procure-to-pay functions to ensure high-quality and secure Vendor & Intercompany Bank Data.
- Validating Vendors Bank Data in line with agreed SLA using bank certification tool providers.
- Ensuring all sensitive Vendor/Intercompany data aligns with provided documentation and resolving any discrepancies with Master Data or the requestor.
- Maintaining complete, accurate, and high-quality bank keys master data.
- Supervising all requests as part of the Global Finance Master Data team and ensuring data is created and maintained according to rules, guidelines, and work instructions.
A propos de vous
- 2-3 years of business experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Customer Service, or Master Data Management.
- Hands-on experience with big ERP systems, such as SAP (SAP FI/CO/MM/AA).
- Experience with MD workflow and data management tools (Tibco, Orsoft, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel processing.
- University Degree or proven track record in Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Data Management, or a similar area.
Competencies:
- Good English knowledge (at least B2 level).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Ability to learn and develop in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused with an emphasis on clear communication.
