YOUR responsibilities as a Brand Manager will include (but not limited to):

  • Lead the end-to-end development, planning, and execution of impactful brand marketing activities, from new launches to relaunches and bold BTL campaigns.
  • Shape and drive brand strategies, including communication, media planning, and pricing, turning insights into bold, consumer-centric action.
  • Co-create and lead new product initiatives, deep dive into market & consumer trends, translate insights into winning concepts, and oversee development from pack to comms.
  • Orchestrate compelling 360° promotions (price promos, sampling, raffles, special packs, etc.) in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and creative agencies. Analyze their effectiveness and propose what’s next.
  • Own the full launch/relaunch process: concept testing, product development, packaging, campaign rollout, in-store activation, media & trade planning – all aligned to business KPIs.
  • Build and execute sharp, data-driven brand strategies that elevate awareness, drive preference, and accelerate growth.
  • Identify whitespace and drive innovation: champion new product opportunities that fuel future brand relevance.
  • Own your brand budget like a boss: ensure effective budget management, ROI tracking, and alignment with business priorities.

A propos de vous

We are looking for a Brand Manager with the following profile:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the field of marketing in the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Economics/Communication and Media, or a related field
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
  • Strong track record in creating and managing campaigns
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on opportunities
  • Flexible personality with a willingness to learn new things through experimenting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
